Rooted in downtown, Outreach Fort Collins is a street-based outreach program that maintains our community as a safe and welcoming place while connecting those in need to services and supportive networks. We are a professionally staffed, on-the-street team that builds relationships with individuals experiencing homelessness, community members, service providers, businesses, police services and first responders, and city services as a means to address and deescalate disruptive behaviors.

Outreach Fort Collins maintains a consistent outreach presence throughout downtown, midtown, and north Fort Collins. Our team provides rapid situational response to address disruptive behaviors, safety concerns, and service education and immediate needs resources. Outreach Fort Collins works to resolve issues that while not illegal often pull emergency responders away from their primary task of maintaining public safety.

2023 Year in Review
Outreach Fort Collins serves as a mobile response team to address and deescalate disruptive behaviors. We also serve as a response team for the community to meet the needs of those experiencing homelessness.
Outreach Fort Collins proactively engages with clients who are at-risk or currently experiencing homelessness. We also engage the community through outreach efforts and community education.
Outreach Fort Collins connects with various stakeholders to build trusting relationships and make lasting changes. We work closely with clients to connect them with the supportive services they need.
